Returns Policy
At Vicki-Jane Hair Design, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every online wig purchase. Please review our comprehensive returns policy for details on how we handle online returns. Additionally, for in-salon purchases, please see the section below outlining details of in- salon exchanges.
1. Online Purchase Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the wig must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Please respect that others may wish to purchase this wig, so unfortunately returns will not be accepted if any smell of perfume, smoke, food etc is present.
- All tags and labels remain intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is deemed faulty. After inspection, if the piece is deemed faulty you will be sent a replacement with no postage costs occurred. *Subject to availability.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return. We can not be responsible for items lost in transit.
- If returning a faulty product we must receive notification within 48hours of receiving goods.
Items not accepted for refund;
- Custom made/bespoke items.
- Items that have been adjusted or altered.
- Wet products such as shampoo and conditioner.
- Wig Grips or wig caps.
2. How to Initiate an Online Return:
- To initiate an online return, please contact our customer service team at 07742 746324 to request a return reference number. We will then email you this number. Clearly write this number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided with the returns number.
3. Refund Process for Online Returns:
- Once we receive the returned item and verified its eligibility, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
4. In-Salon Exchanges:
- You do not have a legal right to refund or exchange an item just because you have changed your mind. However, we may allow, in exceptional circumstances, an exchange. Only if the item has not been worn out of the studio, is in its original packaging and was not;

Customised or personalised
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the in-salon purchase date.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged.
5. How to Initiate an In-Salon Exchange:
- To initiate an in-salon exchange, please speak to the team regarding the reasons for exchange.
- Our salon staff will assess the eligibility of the item for exchange and assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.
